      Stable in print market. hard to get fired because nobody wants to work there

      Cons

      bad leadership. does not invest into it's brands or employees. Does not like innovation. Leadership refuses evolve. Does not adapt to current trends nor will they update their way of doing business. Does not care about customers.

      Pros

      Ennis was a hands-off company, leaving day-to-day functions in the hands of the on-site management and their teams. There was a team environment where personnel got along well. There was no ethnic diversity among the employees, though. There were good benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      There is no sales team.
