One on-site interview, with IT and Marketing leads. They provided a detailed employment application form to complete on site, followed by a friendly, conversational interview covering project context, immediate and long-term project needs, and relevant experience.

The interview process was conducted primarily by the person who I directly reported to, very easy to talk about the position with. The marketing CEO was extremely upfront about everything.
