      Pros

      I have been here for almost 2 years and what started off good has turned very bad. I have to play nice and pretend the comments from men in the office are warranted. Management is even worse. I feel like a piece of meat almost daily. I would leave but I need the job and have consider getting legal advice

      Cons

      This is not 1980 and employees have rights. Make changes so others don’t feel the way I do everyday.

      Approaching my one-year mark at Energy Transportation Group, I can't help but reflect on the incredible support and camaraderie I've experienced here. Despite industry challenges, ETG remains steadfast in its support for employees, fostering a positive work environment and providing ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Grateful for the decision to join this team.

      It’s a newer branch and the team has been growing but the low #’s in office doesn’t help build rapport.

      It's a very short leash, and if you don't sniff out the rabbit quickly enough, you'll be sent to the pound.
