Pros
CEO is a good man and greets every employee personally every day. He makes you feel welcome day one and can joke through any situation. Sonja works very hard and even though she double checks everything that we do it is only because she wants to make sure it’s done right. After she trusts that you know what your doing she does let you simply do you job but that trust must be built like it is with any company. She never gets frustrated with being asked questions and does her best to let you know you are doing a good job.
Cons
Like most companies there are issues that arise but everyone quickly works together to solve the issue and tries to come up with a plan to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
