Excellent company, in my opinion. Great management, good pay, understanding, and willingness to help

Routing of tours is sometimes strenuous and not efficient.

I will not going into extreme detail to avoid any misinterpretation but my overall experience as a young professional with 3+ years of staffing experience, is that this company lacks leadership in upper management and lacks employee awareness. 1) Decent Training Program 2) Free Lunch on Friday's 3) Good Opportunity for people with little to no EXP

Coming into Encore this was more of a bridge job for me, however, I remained optimistic hoping I might be able to devote my full attention to this job if I saw that the opportunity was there but unfortunately that was not the case. In my opinion this company lack opportunity and they need to change their management style. Keep in mind I read all of the other reviews online too but I ignored them and I figured I'd give it a shot anyways because I am sure I can deliver quality service, I was very wrong. If you have decent experience in the staffing company steer clear from this company. If you have no experience this might be a good 1st job but nothing more. 1) Micromanagement at every level 2) Upper management expects you to work your full 8 hours. Keep in mind with was a salary job so they expect you to stay longer on certain events with no additional pay/bonus but if you want to leave 10 -15 minutes early you can expect to hear from upper management for even asking. 3) No clear path on career growth. 4) Low pay compared to industry standards
