First you have an interview with the office manager. If that goes well you come back and interview with an office coordinator. They're very friendly during the interview.

Encore is a promotional modeling company that hires representatives to work marketing campaigns across the country in various areas. Initially all I had to do was register online and submit a photo package to qualify for opportunities however on a case by case basis depending on the campaign I may be reinterviewed to see my qualifications for specific jobs.
