The company has an extremely genuine business work ethic, and the company's culture helps facilitate an excellent work-life balance, as well as leadership and professional development in the employees.

The work itself can be tedious at times, but that is just a part of the recruiting business. There is still always something to learn with the work!

The clients and candidates I work with make this job really rewarding as I am always interacting with new people and building connections. The company culture is awesome as you are also asked for input when it is time for the company to make high level decisions. The fun upbeat atmosphere also makes the work day fun and time at the office not feel like a job but something you enjoy doing each day. As for personal growth this job has allowed me to grow professionally and personally as they are also helping us achieve our goals and work towards new achievements. I couldn't ask for a better job when it comes to work-life balance as currently it is very flexible!

Some Cons about working here would be the nature of the work that we do. It is not a job for everyone as it requires persistence, and hunting for the right candidate. Sometimes it can get really difficult but it is the nature of the job and once you find that right person for a role it is very rewarding and you feel extremely accomplished.
