      Pros

      The company communicates well with its contractors and listens to concerns that the contractor may have which is a great attitude.

      Cons

      The home base needs to become more stable. That is, not share their offices with other companies; companies should be separate physically. Also, try and obtain a main phone line to contact the company on, not just recruiters direct cell phones as this will present a more professional approach to perspective customers and contractors.

      Pros

      Excellent learning experience for any college student looking for an internship, as well as for any recent graduates at this growing company. The company has an extremely genuine business work ethic, and the company's culture helps facilitate an excellent work-life balance, as well as leadership and professional development in the employees.

      Cons

      The work itself can be tedious at times, but that is just a part of the recruiting business. There is still always something to learn with the work!
