Great leadership. C-Suite truly cares about your growth and wellbeing. Every office has great people.
Amazing place to start your sales career or continue it. They have some extremely talented people leading, and the next few years should be an exiting period of growth.
Cons
Not a con but you are in complete control of your success. If you are not ready to work hard, it’s not the career for you
You will be abandoned. The company seems highly decentralized. You will barely know anyone to reach out to with any question. You will not be supported.
