      If you're able to create impact, you will be compensated with a fair salary increase Company let's you succeed on your own and trusts you as long as you deliver well

      Cons

      Systems are very manual and messy Company isn't so stable. One month you're celebrating, a few months later 20% of the workforce gets laid off
