Pros
Nothing except work life balance. That too only if your manager is nice
Cons
1. Worst salaries 2. You're always at the mercy of your managers who will ask you to keep Licking their feet for you to grow. 3. Company full of old people with no drive, or motivation. 4. They work like stoneage people 5. 3 months of notice period so you can't even get out 6. Will ask you to be in office for 4 daysfor atleast 8 hrs and attend the calls at night with USA team. 7. No learnings. 8. Imagine hiring 30 people in a campus drive and all of them are girls. When you talk about equal opportunity don't have it only for girls. (They just wanna have a good ratio to save tax)
