      Enjoyed working with fellow associates, overall work assignment was interesting. Becoming more global with several manufacturing locations to interface with.

      Cons

      Management is faced with real challenges to control cost. Some of these discussions do not have positive results for associates. Global locations can result in extra long hours to interface over work assignments.

      Great job with minimal experience in industrial sales. On-the-job training and management at this level have great upside, with the ability to earn a high commission rate.

      Cons

      The larger organization is siloed and slow-moving. Finding opportunities to network and grow in this position is up to the individual employee.
