Pros
Interesting projects from a number of different industries. Very rigourous hiring process which means everyone around is very motivated, smart, and interesting to work with Experienced and entrepreneurial leaders Very international staff (full time, contract, interns) Really nice office
Cons
Having more processes in place would be good. Since the team is growing quickly, there are a number of new people around at any given time. But management is very proactive and issues get sorted out soon after they are flagged.
