      Pros

      Working with intelligent people. Access to a LOT of experience. Can get promoted from a junior consultant to consultant or senior consultant quickly in comparison to other companies.

      Cons

      Ridiculous hours. CEO doesn't care about employees and is only concerned with his own profit, which is probably why the company can't retain any employees. Guarantee a number of the positive reviews on here are fake or were 'encouraged' to be written by the man himself. Do not know anyone who worked at the firm full-time and were happy. Poor salary.

      A clean and cozy work environment, full of challenges and new things

      Cons

      Very centralized and autocratic. Boss seldom regarded us as a real person due to constantly working overtime and less work-life balance. I don't feel I am treated respectfully usually.

      It is difficult to respond to this as we have never employed anyone in our Washington DC area office with the job title "Research Associate." Unfortunately Glassdoor does not scrub fake reviews as they should.

      Interesting and challenging work, good team dynamic

      Pros

      Interesting subject matter particularly if you are interested in the education sector although there were other projects as well. The office is very comfortable to work in and my colleagues were generally interesting and hard working people who took the time to teach me.

      Cons

      At the time that I left in mid 2014 the firm was still looking for a way to expand their customer base.
