Pros
Good people to work with on the team. Benefits are good, the pay is reasonable. Management seems to be working on clearing away the red tape the gets in the way of doing things. Seems to be OK to give ideas depending on where you work. Managers in my group treat you with respect.
Cons
New structure seems confusing. Workloads can be big. They talk about culture, but not everybody supports it the same. Dealing with HR can be the worst depending on who you talk to. They had someone good there when she was on leave, but she came back and it's same old same old. The leader there is a bully and doesn't have time for you, although she seems to be nice to higher ups. She treats people lower than her like crap. Surprised senior management doesn't see it.
