      Pros

      My management is fair and kind, offers challenges and development opportunities, but also allows for personality and room to be a human being. The company itself strives to follow it's values and offers a great deal of perks for it's employees. I think when people feel frustrated with their management they are more likely to leave a review here about the company, but this is honestly one of the best jobs I've ever had and I love my managers and the opportunities offered by this company. I feel grateful to work here.

      Cons

      Workplace gossip is more of an individual problem than a problem of the company and difficult to reign in. I see other departments get a bit harried for being understaffed, and many people working very hard but having very high stress levels. It depends what level you're at and which department you are in.

      Pros

      the x mas party and the breakfast at the kids x mas party, my fellow shipper, and logistics guys and the warehouse guys and the little guy that works in the basement. that's it

      Cons

      overworked under paid, no stable direction , top heavy, no raises or advancement, the so called leader cuts positions ( people he don't like ) , and hires his old chums, HR is a farce, core values are displayed for all to see, however just not practiced or followed, they are laughed at instead, moral is at an all time low, a damn shame to see good people with amazing knowledge and skill being held back/down,

      Pros

      Good people to work with on the team. Benefits are good, the pay is reasonable. Management seems to be working on clearing away the red tape the gets in the way of doing things. Seems to be OK to give ideas depending on where you work. Managers in my group treat you with respect.

      Cons

      New structure seems confusing. Workloads can be big. They talk about culture, but not everybody supports it the same. Dealing with HR can be the worst depending on who you talk to. They had someone good there when she was on leave, but she came back and it's same old same old. The leader there is a bully and doesn't have time for you, although she seems to be nice to higher ups. She treats people lower than her like crap. Surprised senior management doesn't see it.
