Mixed bag - Assembly Technician Embraer Employee Review

- Pay for experience could be better - Upper management's priorities are misplaced - Waste a lot of time hunting down tools or tooling - First shift is favored over second by management - They'll hire anybody off the street with no mechanical ability or background - They take away tools or reorganize tooling areas and wastes time - Could be better about managing part shortages - Lofty expectations without giving the means to accomplish it - Have town hall Q&A's but they rarely have the answers - Doesn't seem like they have a good pulse of what's going on in production
