Pros
Better than unemployment, maybe. There are some good people there. Free coffee. The Brazilians are great. Benefits are great for single people.
Cons
Automotive industry taking over. Boys club, buddy system in full force at this place. Highly discriminating environment. The less education and less experience you have the farther you will go here. They do not want you to see job titles, and will not give you job descriptions. Very hush hush to cover up how they treat people that have experience or education. Manager is trying to push out Brazil and take over with automotive industry. IT (I. T.) is a joke. No established HR department. You simply can not trust anyone.
