Pros
They offer great benefits that start day one no matter what your position is, and they do a lot of promoting internally so there's always opportunity for advancement.
Cons
The biggest issue is the same as many other big companies: communication. If changes are to be made, there is usually some sort of misinformation due to ineffective communication.
