No Family/Life Balance, Constant Interruptions & Complaints from Mgnt of any minor mistakes of Suites that employees finish cleaning. Had to go back & redo all rooms w/complaints. Never enough supplies to complete rooms on time (Clean Towels, Sheets, etc.). Expectation for overall cleanliness of rooms was perfection yet given unreasonable amount of time to clean. (Ex. 23 suites ALL Check Outs or an additional 4-6rms added on work list per day & exact same expection time to be completed (ex. 3:30pm when you are scheduled to actually work til 4:30pm) Never know scheduled time you'll actually get off for current day or the next weeks schedule til evening before every Thursday. Can possibly be scheduled to work 10 straight days in a row (no day off, no notice prior hand or employee input of scheduled preference.)
