Pros
Everyone I worked with was very nice, for the most part, from Management to Sales, to Front Desk and Housekeeping. Generally laid back atmosphere. Hard work was recognized through "Make a Difference" committee.
Cons
Traffic to and from work (rush hour) and paying for parking, which don't really involve the company itself. Only other major con is a company policy dealing with personal issues, which is why I'm no longer there.
