Pros
When they hired me in 2001 it was a great environment to work at ,all the employees always very courteous,with one another,and we will always get courses to improve our guest services attentions.
Cons
Being working at hotels ,wich are open 24 hrs a day you find some different schedules to work at like grave yard ,mornings,evenings holidays and weekends.
