Pros

They have good benefits, even for the lower positions. They have a no harassment policy. They have an open door policy.

Cons

They make the same mistakes over and over. If an employee is not doing their job, there is no management to correct it, and they expect you to pick up all the slack. Then they hire new people, pay them more than you and still expect you to run the department, even though you have no authority. Then they do not understand why people will not do as you ask. They gave me a review after a year, and told me I was average and gave me a .15 raise. Still expecting me to do whatever was not done because I am the only one in the department who cares if standards are met or not. Or who even knows the difference. p.s. They cannot control the harassment no matter what they do because they don't have a manager in that department to see, and even if they did, the harassers never do it in front of anyone except fellow harassers.

Pros

Team atmosphere, and Travel Benefits

Cons

Honestly it's just getting harder to hire line level employees.
