      I don't mind coming into work everyday because of the great people that work here. Good management, and over all good working environment.

      Health Insurance cost are kind of high

      Pros

      40 hours easy People are nice - great environment Managers listen to concerns and bring resolution to the desk. I am remote which is not normal for EmPower to do and I thank them for that! :) love it here overall

      Cons

      Wish I could visit more often. Not as transparent as I want them to be about the business but I’ve learned some news either way.

      Coworkers were positive and supportive. Great place to learn about solar and the industry.

      Cons

      Little room for growth. Upper management not transparent. Future of business seemed to always be uncertain.
