Worked with a great team. Developed skills as an electrician.

From day one management worked against my well-being. They have created a narrative around monthly bonuses to make it seem as if you’ll be making much more money than you will. As a result, teams will try to install at unmanageable speeds for bonus that they’ll never see. Management forced my team to work in unsafe weather conditions. This resulted in a home owner asking us to stop our work so that we wouldn’t get hurt on their property. When the home owner called management to ask why we were still working, they responded “it’s okay if they get hurt, the company is insured.” Stay away if you care about your own safety.
