Good company, nice team members. Good management.

Ski boot fitting can be stressful at times, but main issues were with customers not staff.

Great people. Good staff discounts.

Now for this where do I begin? Biased based on nationality or colour. More work given and expected to the one who works harder just like every other company. Treatment on the outside is shown good, but after a while you get the glimpse, also the partiality of the management towards britishers or something their benefit (no fault of their own, amazing ppl though); In short other perks given to their favoured employees and were given priority for promotion in positions too. Grievances made to the higher authority often resulted to no action taken against management even though there were plenty of incidents with many employees due to unjust treatment and issues. They dont care about work culture unless they have to do the job or the higher autorities pockets are filling. And despite being the best company in UK in outdoor industry, pay increase were delayed and unjust firing was done. Not a great environment to work overall. If you dont agree then you are either one of the management or their favoured ones, or live in a delusional world.
