Cons
The dynamics at the location I worked at felt like a fraternity house. From the moment I started to the day I left I felt like I was bullied by male coworkers. I voiced this to management as it was impacting the classroom& these staff spoke about inappropriate subjects around the children. Management continued to do nothing about it. In fact, I was told that maybe it’s the way I say things… as if I deserve the treatment. It felt like a very sexist environment. Tbh it felt like they hire anyone for these roles as I do not recall them asking for references. Glad I left this place. Felt like the blind leading the blind.
