Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

Lack of communication throughout the company, not much room for growth.

The after school site supervisors and staff were great to work with, the curriculum , playing sports, and of course the kids!

Elevo management. Also, several coaches I met were inexperienced with children, some lacked professionalism. Some said or did things not appropriate around children.
