Pros
Developing a unique SEL based curriculum to set our company apart from other similar ventures in the space. Providing consistent support to a large number of different school districts across the State of California . Promoting the growth of a strong and positive company culture with a heavy emphasis on personal and professional development, and encouragement to pursue a multitude of internal advancement opportunities.
Cons
Good benefits, but would like to see improvements in work/life balance and compensation. Difficult to convince coaches to take on odd schedule hours at times, or to commit to a schedule for a program where there are only limited hours available. Most would like to work more hours when possible.
