      Pros

      great experience with children and providing them with mindfulness activities/games. Lots of fun!

      Cons

      coach trainers were not the best communicators. noon aides and Elevo staff did not seem to be on the same page since we are a third company party entering the school.

      Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
