Pros

Every employee here is truly an integral part of shaping the company and it's success. Employees are encouraged to act like owners, and can suggest the craziest ideas, provided they are well thought out. Management tries it's best to preserve the fun culture that made it a great place when I joined as it has grown massively in size.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit chaotic, as is often the case when companies are growing faster with huge customer demand. Many people are wearing multiple hats, and sometimes clear delineations of responsibility are not present. People are expected to speak up with issues and bring problems forward instead of being asked about things, leading to some built up tension from time to time.

Pros

Pay wasn't half bad and some times the lunches were decent

Cons

Lets be clear, Elementum is NOT a start up Per Nader's own words, Elementum has been around for awhile but never amounted to much. Almost the entire work force was laid off after years of supporting a garbage product. Then they attempted to re-invent themselves as a "supply chain" product. Within the yearish I was there it went from supply chain to a Service Now knock off and finally to piggy backing off of Snowflake to make themselves look like they are a legit data analytics company. And now "AI Driven Workflow"? These are just catchy words and phrases. It means nothing. Their product is garbage. Countless times you hear about big issues from big name customers and the "fix" was band aid on an gun shot wound. We were all told to log into the app store and give the app a 5 star rating, but it was just plain bad. The app is a glorified ticketing system. Add to it the relentless turn over. It seemed like once a week someone was fired and there was NEVER any plan in place to replace them. Within 1 month the main guy for software development was canned and then the director of engineering was gone, out of the blue, no warning. I ran all of the IT and was kept in the dark about most everything, including off boards. I was finally term'd after I turned down wanting to take on more work and roles without any additional pay in the engineering department. I am not an engineer and I did not want to be one, so I was let go. Fun story, Nader had the habit of just randomly showing up with new computers and I would literally be the last to know. There was a situation with a computer that we could not account for. This led to me having my final payouts being delayed for just about a month with absolutely no word from anyone from the company. I had to hound the HR rep almost weekly.
