      Pros

      Great accounts such as Coca-Cola, Target and Powerade. Most people are friendly however, beware of the account executives!

      Cons

      Low pay, you can make more at Trade Joes full time. Account Executives will fight the creatives as hounds. Overworked.Say goodbye to your personal time. No growth as it the company is already too small. No one seemed to be able to write a brief.

      - Employer covered health insurance

      Cons

      - No bonuses, raises, or appreciation for staff. - An office of 7 employees. No checks and balances, including one of the managers who is married to the owner. - Expectations are never communicated. I worked here for a year and never received a job description or a job title.
