      - Employer covered health insurance

      Cons

      - No bonuses, raises, or appreciation for staff. - An office of 7 employees. No checks and balances, including one of the managers who is married to the owner. - Expectations are never communicated. I worked here for a year and never received a job description or a job title.

      Pros

      Small company which allowed you to work on bigger projects

      Cons

      Too many to count. Ethics are a huge concern here. Travel is extensive <50%. Workplace was not a positive one as employees ALWAYS walked on eggshells. No HR department. No vision for the future as agency relies on one-off projects to become part of a larger scope down the road. All staff are junior to keep salaries down. Promotions are non-existent. Tons of better agencies in Chicago - save time in your career and look elsewhere!
