Pros
When I first started, I didn't know nearly as much about experiential marketing. That didn't stop them from believing in me. Instead of pushing me to the side, they invested and had me learning, shadowing, absorbing. I found that this is the case with many employees there. They find the potential in individuals and help them grow.
Cons
There are growing pains. Since this is a continuous growing company, responsibility shift and sometimes you have a full plate. That is normal. It's balanced often by coworkers who are always willing to lend a hand. But because it is growing, you do have to take on responsibilities that you may not be familiar with, so you have to learn quick. With that said, you get to learn some really cool stuff.
