Micromanagement at its finest!! Nepotism is key! They are a software company who can't figure out how to install their own software product. Onboarding process is weak and insufficient. You are not prepped for any project by a qualified PM. Sales oversells things order fulfillment cannot possibly deliver, timelines are underestimated, customers are rarely told the entire truth, and the oldies but goodies shine like none other when it comes to promo time!!!! There are no bonuses, no incentives, nearly null raises, unattainable goals, ever changing goals, so many client enhancement requests no one can keep up, nor are they even close to being a priority, yet the worker bees take a daily beating in the field because the product comes no where close to performing like Epic or others. Rely on hidden agendas, secret meetings, selective groups, and the good ole boys club to keep only the tight knit people together.
