Pros

Interesting domain. Some very talented people to work with, and can have interesting work as well.

Cons

Upper management , and sometimes mid management lacking a vision. Adherence to agile methodology in a semi-religious way. Company seems to be going through some issues currently, with regards to future projects and current work. In that respect there is a vision, but most people working at the bottom don't seem necessarily to believe in it.
