      Pros

      Small company good team too work with in Calgary not so great if you need to deal with teams in India. India teams don't have a good business focus .

      Cons

      Overall from description this is a small company and a lot of what they do is not that fact. Most of the team in India are not your "A" players and lack experience. Lots of the PR material is very fabricated

      Pros

      The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .
