      Pros

      Sounded good in the interview, but its been all downhill from there

      Cons

      Fear based management has been a problem but mostly there's no valuable work experience, software quality is a problem, being associated with the poor planning and quality is embarrassing.

      exposure to Energy/Oil risk management concepts still selling really well if you can put up with it here you can put up with it anywhere

      unusual travel policies poor work experience poor planning / lots of putting out fires code is stuck in 1997

      - Good pay master, good location, actually nice fringe benefits. - Company values individual work, and there is definitely value work - life balance. - Some benefits like car lease, evening rotational snacking, annual outbound of all employees along with families are unique to Eka. - Steep learning for Product Managers. - One of the true product organizations that is valued as a career enhancer, especially for Product Managers.

      Cons

      - No cab facility. - Strong team work is lacking. - Company should hire a data-focused Chief Product Officer. - More outbounds are required.
