      Pros

      The company culture at this company is like none other, everybody collaborates together, shares ideas that are heard and every person is equally respected. Senior Leadership is very involved in the company and accessible to you, they don't hide behind middle management. The office is an energetic environment where colleagues get together and crush it! Company is very friendly to hybrid or remote working based off employees needs.

      Not joining Egnyte earlier in my career.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
