Pros

I gave this company 3 stars at a push, and I think it is riding on how fantastic the students are. The college has come a long way - at one time new employees received no help settling into New Delhi which is not the easiest place to sort yourself out! There was very little understanding of the visa renewal process and the tax system, although that changed while I was there, so all I can say is thumbs up for driving a positive learning curve! Some very lovely staff, from both India and abroad - and all local staff made you feel welcome in their own way. If you want to stay in teaching, it is a company that allows you to move up the ranks.

Cons

Some very poor people hiring choices when it came to taking on management, and little to no employee reviews. I'm not saying this was across the board; there were some great management there at points, but the bad ones really made life miserable. No people skills, bullying in the work place and inappropriate ego issues, all resulting in staff handing in their notice before the end of their contract. Don't apply if you are not thick skinned, you'll need therapy after working there! If you can stand up for yourself, and have a resilient fighting spirit then go for it.

Pros

I had worked there for almost 3 years, you get to mixed with a pool of diversified port-folio colleagues, learnt a lot of other cultures was one of the gain for me.

Cons

HR was weak, no building of moral within the company. To make things worst, the HR implement certain irrational rules to further demotivate the team. No benefits for expat like transportation, accommodation and start salary was far too low for someone to leave their hometown and be ready to contribute to the long working hours.
