Pros

Good perks, nice offices, chance to work for a global brand, looks good on the CV

Cons

The management is pretty clueless, and communication is particularly bad. I would say that most projects were ill-conceived, badly implemented and given to people with inadequate skills. HR is a very weak spot - the interview process was a bad experience and that should have tipped me off. The company seems is bad at choosing the right people and this makes it hard to get things done without outsourcing. There is a serious internal skill shortage and management itself is ineffective and insular. I found working here to be a frustrating experience and I'm glad to have done my time and moved on somewhere better.

Pros

Edrington is a really true caring company of their employees by understanding their needs and supporting them when needed. During my tenure there (5.5 years) I had the opportunity to meet with great leaders. The products are also fantastic, and the Giving More culture resonated a lot with my own personal beliefs.

Cons

It is a flat organization, so it becomes difficult to achieve a higher position in general. However, the company gives other ways to compensate this by giving you stretch assignments or the opportunity to expand your role when needed.
