Any issues swept under the carpet. Redundancies chosen over re-training staff. Inability for top management to take responsibility. Low pay. Minimal investment in staff development. Company would prefer to appoint staff out-with the organisation for new positions No loyalty to long standing employees Political issues throughout Company is surfing on unsustainable whisky supplies to Far East & Russia Employees are overworked and under supported
