Since all work is done remotely, there can be a sense of isolation at times compared to an in-person school environment. Building connection takes more effort in a virtual setting, but Edmentum collaborative culture and regular check-ins help maintain a sense of community.

There are none left due to so many changes year after year.

Can’t take off more than 2 days in a row. If 10% of the staff has already requested off, PTO is denied. They make it impossible to use your PTO and your time doesn’t roll over for the next year. Instructional management is constantly making changes, restructuring, and adding more and more tasks to your already overwhelming daily load. Promotions are based on office politics and not merit. Layoffs every year like clockwork. Little to no training for new employees. Pay is well below comparable positions at competitors.
