      The people make it great. Even when stuff is not going great, there is some joy. Managers are normal people who are easy to communicate with and are not intimidating.

      Cons

      Guests suck, and as of now raises are questionable

      Pros

      Good people. Its a single owner and the managers and general manager are cool as well as generally understanding if you give them a bit of a heads up

      Cons

      The owner is not great to deal with, but he isn't around often at all. Restaurant shifts are long compared to others, 6-8 hours on average.
