Pros
There is a lot of great people that you get to work with. HR is amazing, and so is most of the Sales group.
Cons
Management. I would not think about applying if you are the type of person who thinks outside of the box. Managers have been put in place who have no idea what they are doing. Then, when everything goes bad, they blame it on you. Yes, even when management told you to do it that way.
