      Freedom of action, no undue interference from above if you're doing your job well. Global reach, good variation of activities. Professional atmosphere. Increasingly positive interaction with Sumitomo related sister companies.

      Cons

      Frequent drastic changes of business direction (mandated by US based HQ), sometimes necessary in reflection of market circumstances, sometimes seemingly unnecessary. Normal for big corporations.

      Backwards, backwoods, good ol' boy mentality. They like to promote the people who do the least but yack the most. If you like to kiss behind, you'll do great here. If you're a hardworker, you're doomed.
