Pros
The management team have always kept in touch regularly, to ensure both the clients and myself are happy during projects, I am never just put to work and forgotten about. I have had the privledge to work for clients up and down the country without the pressures or concerns of doing this independtantly which is always a great relief. Been paid a competitive salary, and with end of year pay reviews then I myself am motivated to further improve myself on the job. The in house team are extremely lovely people, not once have I had an incident or concern with anyone, your not just treated as a number but as a genuine part of the team. I have the chance to progress further in my career whether that be training and improvement within edge, or that they allow me to do additional training outside of edge, so I can take on new learning experiences as I progress.
Cons
Time between clients (doing bench work) can sometimes feel as if it goes on for some time, and in most times you are left to do some self training and possibly help with some in house tasks needing done. I was very quickly put to work for some client work when I had initially started, and looking back it was a great learning curve and the best experience I could have received but I do remember a major struggle as not all of my training had been completed by this point.
