Pros

- Great team: impressive and ambitious professionals, colleagues who build on and elevate your work / ideas - Culture and leadership: Overall supportive culture, freedom to work independently + from personal experience and what i have seen around me: you are encouraged to test and innovate, failure is met with a positive/constructive approach - Environment: authentic, friendly and humble people, not a lot of appetite for politics and big egos - Flexible work arrangements and good work life balance - Amazing benefits, hard to find anything similar

Cons

No cons for me, personally. But it is an ambitious, fast paced organization (fail fast/growth mindset) that requires multi tasking and flexibility in arranging your priorities. That might not sit well with someone who prefers a predictable/stable work environment or who likes to do things meticulously.

Pros

Good benefits. Laid back atmosphere. Fast paced. Great work life balance. You get to challenge yourself on a daily basis that allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Management Culture: The organization suffers from a lack of accountability at the upper management level. There is a frequent "finger-pointing" culture rather than a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Communication Barriers: Significant language and communication barriers across global teams often stall progress on critical initiatives. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location. Technical Debt: The company struggles with significant operational inefficiencies and a lack of investment in modernizing its internal processes, which makes it difficult for high-level professionals to execute effectively.
