      Je recommande après y avoir travailler 3 ans. Souvent dur à faire avancer car grosse structure, mais reste un univers passionnant.

      the people... that's pretty much it, and in all the leaving speeches the main thing is "you stay for the people". i'm guilty of that

      Be prepared to not progress unless you move dept. Structured career development does not exist, you have to force their hand They think it's cheaper to replace an employee than to pay them a bit more Everything seems to be signed of the by the MD (of northern Europe) and not the actual UK MD. Absolute joke given he no longer is responsible for the day to day of the business. Archaic office with practically no natural light Even more archaic systems with PC's direct from the stone age
