Its good money, and easy to finnish off your month when you dont have anything to worry about other than your own route
Cons
When someone goes on leave from injury, gets fired, or has a kid they expect all of us to to split the work. Dispite having emergency call backs of our own. Now they want us to go and find new customers to be contracted with the company when it should be a task for the sales department. Its as if we dont have a lot to deal with on our own. If you say anything to management, they dont even listen to you. Its like what you say to them goes in one ear out the other no matter what the logic is you put into perspective. To them you're always wrong, and wants you to do things their way.
